• Payment information — payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
• Communication data — messages sent through our contact form and any responses.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and interactions with the platform.

• Operate and maintain the Pinned Eats platform
• Connect customers with food trucks and manage pre-orders

3. Social Media Integration

Vendors with a Pro subscription may choose to connect their Twitter and Facebook accounts. When you connect a social media account, we receive limited access to post on your behalf (e.g., posting a go-live update) and to read your basic public profile information. We never post without your explicit action. You can disconnect social accounts at any time from your vendor settings.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

• With vendors — customer name and contact information are shared with the vendor when you place a pre-order.
• With service providers — we use Stripe for payment processing and may use other third-party services to operate the platform.
• For legal reasons — if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.
• With your consent — we may share information when you give us explicit permission.

5. Data Retention
